is Sacha, I believe he's a player for the big stage. Kolbe if he hasn't lost a yard is another and in the forwards I'm tipping PDV.

Dumbian is getting his 100th test cap, outside of Sasha. Surprised to see Sasha start, but Libok is not a pole-kicker, so Kolbe would do the kicking.

7 Pieter-Steph du Toit (c): The Springboks’ stand-in skipper produced his usual excellent all-round performance as he ran hard, defended well and was a handy option in the lineouts. However, he was kept in check by the visitors’ defence despite giving his all throughout. 6 …Planet Rugby

7 Pieter-Steph du Toit – 6
Led from the front with another relentless display, even if that did spill over into an offside penalty early on. His defensive work-rate was immense and he continually disrupted New Zealand’s attacking rhythm. Didn’t get the hit he would have wanted on Jacobson, though, as the All Blacks flanker crashed over for a try in the second half.

The man missed a quarter of his tackles , one for a try. but defended well, relentless really.He ran the ball 10 times without beating a tackle….but he ran hard. It’s truly shameful rubbish.

It's the usual internet, casual fan, I write for clicks, reporting Moz.

These guys are terrified of saying PSDT has a bad game. Much easier to keep perpetuating the myth.

@Plum

What about the non-existence of defense by Esterhuizen and Kriel| Whym not mention them as negative factors and attack Du Toit?

They do far better than you two Mamparas who have been criticizing Du Toit relentlessly for many years now. About a decade?
Du Toit might miss a tackle or two but he makes many other number 7s wouldnt even be in the picture to make. One reason he was world rugby player of the year twice and universally acknowledged as one of tbe greatest number 7 or the greatest ever.
Get over the fact you have made your names MUD re your absurd takes regarding Rassie, Du Toit and Allende.
Plumster you are keeping very bad company.

The myth is what you imagine to be the truth regarding PSDT. you malign a great player who gives his all. It's really weird.
