Siya's injury...Divvy?

Apparently it's a grade 1 hammy that got done and that's an average of a month's recovery time.

Assuming he's out for at least the first two games against the ABs...who are we picking?

Divvy seems the obvious option, right? He seems the be the perfect weapon to counter the AB's natural game. If he starts in JHB and continues his form, his Test career will officially be off to a flyer.

However, considering that PSDT and Jasper will 100% be starting the first two games if they are fit, where does that leave Cam?

Is he a bench option or is he competing with Divvy for Siya's spot? The crazy thing with Cam is that he can literally slot into 6, 7 or 8. Perhaps that kinda settles the argument and means he will be coming off the bench, at least until the series is safe...assuming all goes well of course.

I think the best argument for Cam to start ahead of Divvy is that he'll provide more grunt while also being dangerous on the ground.

I would move Cam to 6, he is such a tear away, better 8, but his strength, size and pace will compliment PSDT and Wiese. Will lay siege with pace.

But my prediction would be Divvy starting with Deon Fourie coming off the bench , but with Divvy with an endless engine, you don't need to take him off

Should be Divvy, he's proven himself in that position. I doubt Rassie will consider Cam at 6.

Also thinking it's probably gonna be Divvy.

Because Cam can cover the entire back row, he'll probably be on the bench.

Its Divvy ... Kolisi has been getting injured quite a klomp, & I think Rassie agrees with me, PDivvy's not only the perfect replacement at 6, but potentially a future Bok captain.

Cameron's got Bombsquad written all over him & he's the Bomb in the squad !
