I would have thought Wales would be better ranked at this stage...
Rankings are temporary...a bit of a farce until the rest of the world plays ...a lot of rugby remains to be played...the world cup is the only cornerstone of ultimate measurement but there again is temporary...the NZ'ers are the biggest producers of measurement and until any opposition can beat them in a row will always remain the country to beat... overall despite covid 19 they will stamp their standards. If SA rugby can beat them 3 times in a row then I will admit I'm wrong, but what (I think) we have now is a bigger pool of potential WC winners . WC's are the only standard of champions but this is open to inaccuracy.
