I have been watching rugby for over 50 years and rugby has turned into the gay version of soccer, spent more time watching the ref standing with his finger up his ass wanking over tackles that even soccer would ignore.

Lets startn off with the fact the Stprermrs were without players away beng away on national duty - so the Stormers was a weakened side.
Insofar as plaer performnces ar concerned my initial impressions are that -
the All Bbackline is blesed with a verym good backlerugpod backline functioning well in attack and defense; but
the forwards is less effective ad may suffer in the tests.
@clevermike I guess you missed the fact that the ABs won 100% of their lineouts and the Stormers 80%. Several of the lost lineouts were in scoring positions
Their Tight 5 was pathetic and the Stormers did not have their proper Tight 5 and missed 2 top class lo/osies, .

So here is my take. Depleted Stormers team that couldn't put a decent team on the field that can last the distance. Deon Fourie had one barn storming run.
They put a development 9 and 10 on the park and to replace them, no 10 and a 9 that is already 40?!!!
The other 9, Reinach is nearly 37?!!

Simelane, and so on all had flashed, put some pressure on the ABs defence, but then got turned over and resulting in a try at the other end. It happened 3 times. Dyamani on the wing who's kick got charged down. Simelane and gelant getting lost in the side line and just got swamped by number, turning over the ball and then a try.
I can also see why Rassie refused to pick Roos. The guy has no ruck intelligence.cant read the players around him, knocked on, conceded a crucial penalty when he was supposed to secure the ball.
I know it is the Stormer pre-season, but they need to find 25 players minus the boks. They don't have them.
I hate the fact that the boks aren't playing for their provinces.
We could have had De Villiers, Reinach, Sasha, Kolbe, to name a few on the park today. Would have made a huge difference.
And why was Marcus Muller not on the bench.
Although, it could also work to give ABs a below par teams to play against so they go into the test series undercooked
